DVBE Media and Strategy has provided a broad array of CUF solutions for a 3-year effort by CalRecycle to transform how California Citizens understand recycling. From the initial stages of imaging the campaign, to designing, developing, and launching a website and mobile app, DVBE Media and Strategy was front and center. Included in the development process was a tool kit that is provided to recycling agencies across the State. Following the launch, DVBE Media and Strategy led the services in conducting 2 beta tests engaging citizens with the outreach. Digital ads, geo fencing, direct mail and door hangers were all techniques applied to understand the effectiveness of the program.

As the DVBE and SB subcontractor on a multi-year contract, we provided media planning , purchasing, auditing, and reporting to the California Highway Patrol's efforts in attracting cadet candidates to apply. Specific focus was applied to Hispanic candidates in Redding/ Red Bluff and Bakersfield sections of California.

DVBE Media and Strategy provided outreach and data analytics projects for CalPERS that shed insights and competitive actions available to increase the adoption of internal benefits offered  by CalPERS members. We helped them understand why members were choosing subsidized benefits from commercial providers as opposed to directly from CalPERS.
